- Prepare Datasheets, Requisitions, Specifications
- Scrutinize the market to identify vendors able to manufacture your equipment
- Review contractual technical documentation, Technical negotiation with vendors and controls of subcontracted discipline engineering documents
- Review the technical proposals from Vendor and Tender documentation and provide Technical Bid Evaluation
- After Bid award prepare the PO to vendor.
- Kick off meeting
- Pre-Inspection Meeting (PIM) to set up and develop inspection plans and procedures for the supply package after a Purchas Order (PO) is released
Manufacturing
- Site supervision in Vendors shops,
- Operation,
- Inspection,
- Testing testing and quality controls
- Expediting
Installation
- Installation of vessels, packaged skids and components
- Commissioning / start-up
- Inspection, refurbishment and upgrading
- Maintenance service at regular interval
